Not sure what to say?

Dr. Gerstner did surgeries on both of my wrists in early 2000s. He was excellent, and so very nice. He always wore fun ties with cartoons on them. I´m sad to hear of his passing. RIP

Eternal peace classmate. KCHS 74. Never forgotten.

Dr Gerstner did several hand surgeries on me as well as treating a very stubborn damaged left & right wrist. I went to him for many years and always had the utmost faith in his abilities and felt comfortable in his presence. I knew he passed but was unsure as to why, when I learned it broke my heart. I just lost an uncle to pancreatic cancer two months ago and he was only 64 years old. I truly cared for Dr Gerstner and enjoyed seeing him at my appt´s. He is so missed in this world~

Dave was the embodiment of a nice guy. He was nice to me when that might have been a challenge. Rest in peace, my Lemur brother. Dan Brown

I am so sorry to hear that Dr. Gerstner had passed away. He was such a compassionate and talented surgeon, repairing my hand in a complex surgery. Reading about his family, his legacy certainly lives on in his children and family. God Bless!

Just found out about Dave's passing today. This is so sad. He was such a nice guy! May God watch over his family and friends.

I just saw the article about Dr. Gerstner's passing. I'm in shock. Dr. Gerstner did my hand surgery back in 2016. He was a gentle, caring man. I was so hoping to have him do surgery on my other hand. That is just how much faith I had in him. He will be forever missed. I'm so sorry for his family. God Bless Susan Butcher
