Back in the "old days" a bunch of us used to go to the old Marty Zivko's ballroom where we all had so many good times. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word when you saw him. My name is Pam Epple and I am a nurse at Froedtert Hospital. I have been David's post transplant nurse for the last two years. I am unable to attend the service on Wednesday, but wanted the family to know they are in my thoughts and prayers. David was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He endured much during his life, but did so with courage and dignity. It is an honor to have met and worked with him. May he rest in peace.
