I remember the Gibbons family fondly. We came to Arundel in the late 1960's for six months from Indiana, USA (Purdue University) while my father worked in Littlehampton. Our family lived on Steward's Rise and at the end of the street, the Gibbons family resided. I just remember everything was so different from the United States. You graciously let me be part of your family for those 6 months.
