Not sure what to say?

Kay,Dee,Mark,Michael and the rest of the family,
I am so sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I have fond memories of him talking politics with my grandfather at our kitchen table. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Dave was a true gentleman. We shall miss seeing him in Charlotte. Nancy is our next door neighbor. Our prayers are with you all.

It will not seem right to walk around the State House and not see David there, he will be missed a great deal!

I know the thoughts and prayers of many are with the Gibson Family. In the short few years I had the privlidge of knowing Dave through the American Society of Legislative Clerks and Secretaries, he was always the consummate gentleman. Quick witted, he was always there to lend a hand or give a professional opinion. I wish I could have had the pleasure of working more closely with him for more years. I know his family has many cherished memories that will comfort them at this difficult time...

To the Gibson family,
My condolences to you on David's death. Having known David since school days in Brattleboro, I was shocked to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his siblings and children.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and Nancy during this difficult time. We have truly lost a gentleman, in every sense of the word. I will miss him.

My most sincere condolences to David's family and friends. I came to know David through my association with the American Society of Legislative Clerks and Secretaries. I had no idea of his tremendous accomplishments until I read his obituary, but I do know that I admired him a great deal. He was a very kind man and so knowledgeable about many things. The shock of his sudden passing must be almost unbearable for all of you. My thoughts and prayers will be with you during this difficult...

Gibson Family and Nancy, Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time. I spent some time with David in Louisville and enjoyed seeing David and Nancy in Santa Fe. I will miss his smile and his gentleness.
