We have known David only for 10 years, he, Patsy & our family, had lots of laughs and good times I always considered him my cousin. We will always remember you for all the laughter and memories you brought to our lives.

My deepest sympathy to all. It's been a long time since I last saw David. I would hear news of him thru the grapevine from time to time. Each time I'd hear the lastest it would conjure up fond memories of days gone by. I'm unable to attend the funeral, but my thoughts are with you at this time.
