David Gonsalves

Dave was a friendly, great guy. I worked with him in the Post Office. My father-in-law Arthur Mello worked with him at Cordage Park. Arthur Mello is watching Dave and someone else in the background of this photo.

Though I did not know David personally, I always heard compliments about him from my older siblings who knew him and his siblings as children growing up next door for awhile, until our family moved, needing a larger house! Both families had lots of kids, 9 & 12, who knew each other over many years living in Plymouth! Sincere condolences,

I remember meeting Dave when I first transferred to the Plymouth PO. in 1990 I was so impressed with how wonderful he was. Such a great guy. May he rest in eternal peace.

Oh, I loved Mr. Gonzalves! He was a wonderful man and a positive light for our town of Plymouth... May he rest in peace.

Sad to learn of David's passing. Remember him so well and he was the best looking, neatest letter carrier. My sincerest condolences to Lucille and family.
