David James Goodrich

I am so sorry for your loss. I work on the East Beltline and the accident happened across from my office. Before I could even react a half dozen people ran from my office building to try to help David. Also several motorists stopped. A lot of tears were shed that day. I read his obituary and was in awe of what a great person he was. My prayers go out to all of you that loved him. I just wanted you to know that people cared and were by his side.

What I am feeling right now is hard to put into words. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers, always. I'm at a loss for words and nothing I say will change how you feel. So know that people are praying for you.

Circumstances prevented us from attending the visitation and funeral in person but we are praying for strength, peace and understanding of God's will at this time of loss. Lee & Diane

Keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers. I actually got to work with David side by more often when we were both merchandisers roughly 13 years ago. He was one of the guys tasked with my early training at 7up on the Fruitport Meijer route I was on. He was a great guy back then and well respected as well when he joined us in recent years in sales. We will miss him
