Not sure what to say?

I have many fond memories of Mr. Gossard, who sponsored my admission to the Washington State Bar in 1991. I grew up nearby to his family on the other end of Newton Street and was a childhood friend of his son, Stone.

Great classmate in law school and valued his sense of humor and long-term friendship. Jerome Johnson

I´m sorry for your loss

Carolyn,
Was thinking about you today as it’s been so long, and learned of Dave’s passing. Sending you our condolences.

All the best to you and your family. I’ll be planting a tree. Take care.

Don and Suzie Sandall will plant a noble fir in memory of Dave. We will miss lunchtime at Sun Vally at the lookout with you.

My condolences to Carolyn and the family. Dave was my attorney, a member of my gym (Naultilus NW) 2 block from his office, occasionally a running partner (when I was feeling up to getting beat up by his pace), and a friend.
When he and Carolyn finally moved from their single family home on Capitol Hill I even got to move some furniture and he gave me his prrsonal office desk and chair to give to my son who was starting law school.
I will miss him and our occasional calls and visits...

Carolyn and family:

It was such a pleasure to meet Dave at the law office he used to rent when he was a practicing attorney. I sure enjoyed his wonderful stories about his life, his love of skiing, and his family. He really put a smile on my face. He was truly unforgettable.

I skied with David and his son Stone at Crystal probably 15ish years ago. David was in his 70's and absolutely ripped. I remember it clearly as Crystal opened with a big powder day earlier than usual on November 4th. While I am a pretty good skier and it was early season, I was shocked to see David and his friend skiing not only as well as Stone and I were, but they looked perhaps stronger and able to ski all day! I was grateful I didn't let in how whipped I was as they stopped at lunch...
