Arthur, I wrote you a card but found the obituary on line and wanted to add, again, my thoughts of love for David and support for you. What a wonderful photo you chose for him--older, but still that handsome, open, bright, engaging face that meant so much to me, his cousin. His life in the theater is a testament to his passion for the arts. I think of him and miss him each day.
