Not sure what to say?

He was a most interesting journalist and a fantastic story teller!

I am saddened to read this news. David was a friend since about 1979 when I did some legal work for him. He participated in and wrote about adventures with my family and friends hunting. He would call to meet for lunch and keep me informed about his life and family. I regret my lack of follow-up to keep in touch with him. He was always kind and listened carefully with good questions. My sincere condolences to his treasured wife and family. He was always deeply thankful for his great good...

My mom and stepm dad owned The Framing Gallery in Flushing and we matted and framed so many of David's Ducks Unlimited pictures. So sad to see another affected by dementia. Godspeed David ❤

My condolences to you, Susan, and to your family. I started my journalism career at the Flint Journal the summer of '69 when David was a intern reporter before finishing his final year at Eastern Michigan. In those turbulent times, we shared the things young men share when they are beginning their lives. I lost contact when I took a job in Houston at the end of 1972 but followed his career at the Journal with my mother often mailing clippings of his stories and columns. I've just re-read his...

David was always a joy to have in my Biology class. Quiet and unassuming but you knew he was always thinking. Rest well friend.

Susan and family, so very sorry for your loss. David has always been an unique person. From the first time I met him in grade school at Beckwith and into his adult life. He always was so interested in what you had to say. Could always count on him for our class reunions. He will be missed by many. Prayers and hugs to all.

I was privileged to share the reporters table With Dave at city council for years. He was a great reporter. My sincere sympathies to the family, former colleagues, and friends who cared about him.

I am so sorry to hear of Davids passing. He was always fair in his reporting.

Dave inspired his readers to enjoy outdoor pursuits in a legal, responsible way. Generous and fun to be around, he was an excellent researcher who always dug deep to make his pieces interesting and accurate. David Graham was a friend and the consummate professional.
