Not sure what to say?

Dad,
It's been 1 year, 7 months, and 2 weeks exactly since the last time I heard you voice, saw your face, touched your hand or kissed your forehead. Two Christmas', two Fourth of Julys', two Easters'...too many things have come and gone without you. I never knew how much one person could miss another until you left. Life is not the same, nor will it ever be. I wish for a day with your smile, a day to listen to your "kinda" laugh, and to see the light back in mom's eyes when she...

Uncle Dave,
Love you, miss you. Thinking of you this 4th of July weekend. We’d be out to Pine Lake for the summer holidays, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. Remembering all the 4th’s at Grandma and Grandpa Gray’s at Pine Lake with all the festivities, Dad in the sailboat race, and when we kids were older – we’d decorate the pontoon and enter the parade, and of course the main event, the Fire Works! And after returning when the main fireworks were done, there were always...

Our love and sympathy are with you at this time. Losing someone you love is hard to deal with but try to remember the things that brought joy and laughter. It doesn't remove the pain but it eases it a little.
Dave was a good man and loved his family very much. He will be missed by many of us.
Dan and Carolyn Morris

To all the family and friends:
Dave was special in many ways but probably the trait that set him apart most was his love of people. He loved to be with people, and he genuinely liked to help people. While his passing is a time for sadness it is also a time to give thanks for having known him. We are all diminished by his passing just as our lives were enhanced by his presence.

God Bless and Keep you Dave,

Keeping you all in our prayers. Family is so important, lets please all keep in touch. I have such sweet memories of when Sandy and I stayed with ya'll. One of my favorite 4th of July memories is at the Lake with Dave. I was really little, but I remember we had sparklers and Dave with his big smile.

Aunt becky and family our thoghts and prayers are with u all, love nicole knowlton,. john and jack barnhart

To the whole family, our deepest sympathy on the loss of your Dad and husband. Dave Gray was a "bigger than life" guy in my book! When we moved to PLainwell, he and Susie did anything they could for John and me to make us feel comfortable including letting us live upstairs from them. And those wild rides on the snowmobiles late at night, how much fun! God Bless You All. John and Cheri Closs

To the whole family, Dave was a fun guy from my childhood memories. Hope everyone is doing well.

To the entire Gray family - My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this time. I have many fond memories of your dad and mom from the Fred's restaurant days. Take comfort in the many memories and may they help you through this time.
