David was one of the most intelligent, compassionate, aware and decent human beings I have ever met. He tought me to be "nice" even if you didn't want to be. He brought me into the world of Leica photography. He was there and helped me through the nightmare of my father's sudden death. I haven't seen David in ages but think of him often. When I found out he passed on I was deverstated. I so wanted to see him again. He was the very best and his memory will always be with me.
