Not sure what to say?

It is Tax Season. During this time, I think of David. He provided tax services to the southside community for many years. He was at Beauchamp three or four days each week in Feb., March and April. We miss him. Yes, his clients ask for him.

Each tax season, patrons ask about Dave. He is missed.

I just learned of David's passing and want to send my belated condolences to the family. We lived on Bradford Parkway, across from the Greggs. I always admired Dr. Gregg's gardening skills and those beautiful mums. My children were the ones that knew David and they were equally enthralled what I remember as a train set in the basement. I use to see David running when I was walking my dogs. David was a man of few words and a quick wit. I always walked away from our encounters with a smile....

To the family - I just found out about David today from one of his tax clients. I am so sorry for your loss. I would see him at our annual VITA training and he also took a few taxpayers for me. VITA in Syracuse will not be the same without him.

To the family, you have my deepest condolences. Mr. David processed my taxes for many years. He will truly be missed in the Southside of Syracuse. May he rest in heaven. I really appreciated his Goodwill!

My sisters and I I spent many days playing with David as we grew up because my grandmother Pauline Everett lived next door. Our adult lives parted paths but I did run into him at an event in the last 10 years and we reminisced. I remember him as kind and generous, to let us play with his miniature golf creation we all were amazed by. He was kind to me and I see he continued his loving helping nature. So sorry to hear of your loss. He will be missed for sure.

I was sorry to hear about the passing of David Gregg. I met him years ago at Beauchamp Branch Library doing my taxes. He did them for many years and I always thanked him for the great advice he gave me because if I didn’t listen to what he told me, I would still be owing taxes. Thanks David for that advice. Sending my condolences to your family and keeping them in my prayers. R.I.P. David Gregg

David Gregg was a kind and patience man. He worked over 20 years at Beauchamp Branch Library preparing taxes for the Southside community. Mr. Gregg’s hobby was helping others. We miss him

So sorry to hear this news. My Aunt, Carrie, worked many years for his parents and in later years she assisted him with tax preparation.
