Single Memorial Tree

My memories of Uncle Dave are mostly around holiday gatherings. He and Aunt Joyce and eventually my cousins, Claire and Trevor, would make the trek down from Michigan to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas, Easter. It wasn't a party until the Griffiths were there! I have many fond memories of those years! Uncle Dave was a quiet man who had kind eyes and a dignified way about him. It would make my day when he would laugh at something someone said or did. I remember him being so proud of...

Joyce, Claire and Trevor I was saddened to read about Dave. I remember him as a very quiet, kind person. He loved his children. Please keep the memories alive of all of the fun times. You are in my thoughts now and forever.

My first memory of brother-in-law Dave, was his 60-something green Ford Mustang that would come racing around the corner as it arrived from Michigan for another visit on our family farm. He had a gentle sense of humor and I always felt special when I managed to cause his lips to yield a bashful smile. Although immensely talented, he never mentioned his work, rather investing his interest in the people at family gatherings. He was kind and steady and provided a beautiful home for his family....
