Uncle Dave...Ever since I was a little girl you were there. Taiwan, Japan, Panama, Key West, Melbourne and visits to VA. So many of my childhood memories have you in them. You were more than a best friend to my Dad. You were a brother to him and an uncle to us. We love and miss you so much. I was deeply saddened not to be there to wish you farewell. Linda and Kimberly, We were totally shocked and saddened to hear the news of Daves passing. As I'm typing this I still can't believe the words. I guess all of us thought he would just go on for ever. All the parties, especially your 40 th birthday, that was just one. Those dinners with all of us in your dining room with Dave trying to make oom for us all, and getting our drinks mixed up as he moved us around.
