David was brilliant man! I worked with him at CSD. Kind funny and worldly. We saw him a few times before he moved to Europe. Our daughter is doing a fundraiser for Luekemia, Lymphoma Society and we will be making a donation in David's name. Wishing his family peace during this sad time
