Not sure what to say?

We are just hearing of David's passing and sending sympathy and hopes for peace in their memories of happy times together to his family and friends. He was a wonderful, welcoming neighbor and will be missed by all around him. Morgan/Kimball Neighbors Wenham

How weird is it to think of this world without Uncle Bozo in it? I am still trying to comprehend this. He was a great friend, father, gardener, farmer, renaissance man. I always thought that he was looking for something, way out on the horizon, that he couldn't quite reach. But, he did certainly enjoy --- his family, his friends, and all the associations that were dear to him: Muhammed Ali, Michael Graves, the Athenaeum, the Tavern Club, Bobby Blue Bland and BB King, ...

A good, kind and decent man whose generous spirit touched me at times when he intuitively knew. As a charter member of Duke and the Drivers his wit and good humor touched so many.

My heart goes out to his three children and all those who loved David.

Sail on my brother.

I just heard this very sad news of the death of my friend David. Such a wonderful man to have as a neighbor as well as a neighbor to our Mass Audubon property. David loved mowing the sanctuary fields adjacent to his property and every fall could hardly wait to get on his tractor. He mowed slowly and meticulously and it was a joy to see him outdoors doing what he loved. He was generous and kind and will be missed.

My friend, bartender, roommate, tennis partner when knees worked (his!) partner in crime selling cars (no subtle palettes there, maybe that's why he developed a love for them..), with me a searcher, road trip companion (Kansas..) similar lover of Maine, backgammon loser (OK I lost) and a guy anyone who knows him knows he befriended all, even me. I was his friend and will miss him.
