How very fortunate I was to have worked with him, to be challenged by him, to have learned so much from him. And even more fortunate to have been his friend.

I already miss him.

I had the great pleasure of working with David and getting to know him.. he was very special and very talented..his warmth and sense of wonderment filled the room.. he had a special, infectious 'joie de vivre' and was always great fun to be with - whether collaborating on projects or talking over a glass of wine... he had a great sense of humor and wit and always had something good to say..
