David Quinn Hafen formerly of Las Vegas NV, age, 46, passed away on June 28, 2013, in St. George, UT, after a lengthily illness. He was born July 26, 1966, in Las Vegas, NV, to Brooksby E. Hafen and Alice Tenney Boyer.
He enjoyed working as a cab driver, and loved living in his home town of Las Vegas and watching it change and grow. David graduated from Vo Tech High and loved to share his knowledge of computers and technology with friends and family. Keeping up on the newest gadgets was his favorite hobby. He loved dogs and missed his little friends Toby and Terry. His family will miss his quirky personality and the unconditional love he gave them all.
He is survived by his parents Brooksby and Darrylin Hafen, and Ali and Ted Boyer, and siblings, William Brooks Hafen, Trisha Lyn Lopez, Collin Brooksby Hafen, Brant Barry Hafen, Tiesa M. Chorzempa, and Tedi T. Johnson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Ruth.
The family would like to thank the staff at Seasons Health and Rehab, and his special CNA/friend, Kayla who went out of her way for David. Vanessa Barben and the staff at Horizon Hospice were the best!
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the Santa Clara City Cemetery.
