Not sure what to say?

Dr Hall was my dentist for around 10 years. He was THE BEST DENTIST in the worl d! I just found out he passed away. He will be missed by so many many many people . A very nice person who liked the Rolling Stones.

My heartfelt condolences to Dr. Hall's family and friends. I had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Dr. Hall, always had a smile on his face, and a great man, his patients will miss him.

Dave was a good hearted, kind and very special person. He was a wonderful employer and easy to work with, many patients loved him. He also became a friend and part of our family, during almost 18 years of knowing him. One thing I will always remember is him telling me how excited his "girls" where about going prom dress shopping with him, I thought that was the greatest thing. Dave was very proud of his kids, doing dance and playing instruments and who they have become. He always spoke of...

Although I haven't seen or heard from Dr. Hall in a long time, I want to express my deepest sympathies to the Hall family. Dr. Hall and I practice together in the mid to late nineties. He was a very caring and well thought of dentist and mentor to me. His patients thought very highly of him as well as other colleagues. My prayers and thoughts go out to his loved ones. May God look after those he left behind and may He give Dr. Hall peace.

My prayer for the family of Dr. Hall. His patients liked him. Enjoyed working for Dr Hall when I lived in Wichita.

I will miss you

Nicest guy a friend as well loved the arts went to my exhibitions and was interested in sculpting again will miss him dearly. My work friend. Always

One of the best people to sit and chat with. He always had a story to tell.

Dr Hall was my partner in our dental office for several years. We worked along side each other in good times and at times bad. He was loved by his patients and doted over his children. Dr Hall was a good person. I'm so sorry he was taken early in his life. He will certainly be missed. God Bless his family.
