Not sure what to say?

Dearest Jackie,

Dave will always have a place in my heart. He always had a smile and a joke when coming into our insurance agency.

Then I was fortunate enough to know him as a co-worker with Safeco Ins. for 5 years. I'm sure he had a part when I was hired. When times were tough and when everyone around was negative, Dave always looked at the positive side of things. That's just the way he was.

When he retired, again, he put in a good word and I was...

Jackie, Janeen, and Scott,

It has been many years since I have seen you all, but wanted to let you know I was thinking of your family. My memories of your house and family was one word---FUN! When I think of your Dad I just remember he was an involved dad. I remember liking to be around him. And I remember the smell of bar-be-que and grilling out on your deck (on Thorn). I loved going over to your house. Your home was a home. Laughter, food, fun and whoever was there was...

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Jackie. I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of David. I have fond memories of you all from high school. God Bless.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

To all of the Hancock family I want to extend my heartfelt sympathies at the passing of David. He was a true man of God, Family, Country and Community. The Southern Illinois area the state of Illinois and this country will miss his love and leadership. May he rest in Peace with God. George
