Not sure what to say?

Our thoughts and prayers are with Dave's family at this most difficult time. We have many wonderful memories of time spent together while attending WMU. Such a good soul..... Dave and Sally Rice

To Family Of Dave Handley,

I remember David from so many years ago at BHS and around Buchanan ; He was then and remained a fine person and he will be greatly missed . I had a chance to say hi at one of the Buckteen reunions recently and was so glad I had .

Dick Zelmer

David will truly be missed because we know he filled Gerri's life with joy, adventure and love.

Our Condolences To The Dave Handley Family. Dave was always polite to Me and was a Great Arborist. We Talked a lot when we ran into each other. Sincere Memories. John. J&B Tree Service.

My brother Mc Kinley mentions a 50 year friendship with Dave.Actually longer than that (my father delivered him).DAve made everyone around him better and the world was a better place because of him . It was a privelege to be his friend

The first time Dave walk into my barbershop he told me that his barber was sick and he need to fine someone new. The first couple of times he let me cut the hair but don't touch the beard. Then it was both but not the mustache. Finally after a couple of months I earned the right. That was 9 years ago. After that Dave invited me out to bow hunt his property, because he knew I love to hunt and I just moved up to mattawan and didn't have any where. He told their were a lot of deer but...

I wrestled against Dave and his older brother Terry as a freshman, sophomore, junior and senior in high school. I was a decent wrestler but they still beat me every time! I actually got to know Dave better several years later and he was such a great person to know. So sorry to hear this tragic news. Condolences to the entire family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. RIP Dave
