Not sure what to say?

I met Dave about 2003 when we were students at Metropolitan State University, in pursuit of our Masters Degrees in Community Psychology. We discussed the challenges of returning to school with much younger students, and Dave spoke to this topic and all others with a robust sense of humor.

In the midst of exchanging stories about being older students and struggles with our disabilities, I discovered he was a minister. We found that we both loved the Lord, and I started calling...

wow, this guest book has really been a blessing to me. Thank you for your kind comments. the picture from the 60's was courtesy of Maria. It was Marilyn and David's Wedding reception. Wasn't he handsome. How could she resist him? Haha.. He had the most beautiful green eyes. I'm sorry it didn't work out for them as a family, but I am so glad he came to mine.

Deb,Maria,Kimberly,
What you wrote in the guest book today,Deb, was a salute to David and how he lived his life. I wished I could have supplied you with more stories about David in the 1960's. Sounds to me like David really found out who he was and what his work should be after he married you,Deb. David's life was a life well lived,he touched so many others and will live on in their hearts forever. He used his talents and intelligence well in touching so many lives, obviously with love...

how come the things I am writing in response to your enteries aren't showing up? thank you.

Dear guests,
If you are in contact with any of David's siblings; Van A Harmon, O. Dean Harmon or Robin Harmon Blackburn; please let them know of David's passing. We do not have contact information for them.
Thank You.

Deb and family,
David was a very remarkable guy. No doubt he made you proud. I'm so sorry for your loss. Now you have a different path to walk. May God guide your steps and wrap you in His loving arms until you are united again.
Love you!

David was a teacher and guide to many people. When I think of David I first think of how many times he has called me to to follow Gods word in my life. David has also called me to lead my family and to continue to seek Gods word. David will be missed but for me remembered thru his teachings.

Hi Everyone. My name is Deb Harmon. I have been married to David for 36 years. We have lived in Wisconsin, Michigan, Texas and Minnesota. David worked as a missionary for many years working with the local missionary in the city dump in Neuvo Laredo, Mexico. He also had several jobs where he worked for money, not passion, while he could still do his missions work. he was a lifetime student, getting his AA, BA, and MA in mostly in the counseling and social work field. He died of COPD. Please...

Deb, You had a wonderful man for many, many years..the love you two shared was something that is rare in today's age. David is at peace with his Savior today, just jabbering with Peter, Paul and Jesus..You and Kim gave him a beautiful ending to this phase of life. He would have been very proud of both your strength. May God bless and keep you safe in his arms till you and David meet again...Love ya...
