Read MoreMy Uncle David was quite the guy. He was brilliant in unique ways, and taught a completely rarified form of philosophy, but at heart he was a runner and mountaineer. I personally loved his dry sense of humor, recognizing that both his sons inherited it, along with his exceptional powers of mentation.
