Just heard about Dave's passing. I knew Dave when we both worked at AW Hastings way back. He did have a raucous laugh. A fun guy to be with.

Dave brought such joyful lighthearted fun and laughter to our work place. He helped me to buy my first home as my realtor. He always had my back as my friend when someone or something was bothering me and wasn't afraid to pick on me in good-natured fun. I feel so blessed to have had Dave in my life in multiple respects and that's what I am trying to focus on most. I love you, Dave. Thank you for always being authentically yourself. I was sad to hear the news of his passing and would like to offer my condolences to his family and close friends that he leaves behind. He was a very nice man and always had a smile and a joke. RIP
