I had the great opportunity to work along side David for 23 years at the post office I teased him he was my work husband. He was always helpful n caring n took the time when I called for help. We shared laughter n knowledge when we took breaks was in awe when he would read math books. My heart hurts tho the memories live on thankful that our lives crossed paths.

Uncle Dave was one of the best people I know. I am very proud to say that he was my uncle. He was always kind and truly cared about others. He will be greatly missed. I will see you in Heaven someday.

Always friendly and pleasant to talk to and be around. The perfect example of a family man, who someday will be with his family again.

He taught me everything from how to play cribbage to how to swim, showed me all the things I now love, and made me who I am today. He always made sure we knew he was proud of us, no matter how much we felt we had let him down. I promise I will never let him and his kind heart and soul be forgotten.
