Not sure what to say?

Joan, family and Alison, So very sorry to hear about Dave's passing. Dave and I were great friends in our early teen years in Huntington. Dave always had his head on straight and when some of us would do things that young teenagers do and shouldn't, Dave would never participate. I always admired him for his values.
God Bless you all, John E. Kinney

Joan and Family,
Our prayers to God are for your comfort and peace, knowing Dave is now free of pain.
We will always remember when he came to our table at Tam & Stewie's wedding to thank us for loving and accepting his son into our family... who could not love Stewie!! God's peace, Betty

I can't think of a time when Mr. Hillyer wasn't in the highest of spirits. Even in death, he wouldn't have it any other way. A true sign of a great man.

Joan & family:

It was very sad to hear about Dave's passing. When I tell people about Dave, I always start with his great smile and hearty laugh. That is what I will always remember. I am sorry that I can't make it to town this week to see you, but you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Love, Dwayne

Mrs. Hillyer & Family,
Your lost of Mr. Hillyer is a great one for your family & friends. Some of Bob's best memories at Preston included Dave, mine included Joan in SPU at Easton Hospital, and of course at your home. Vickie's friendship has been one of the best we have ever known. There isn't enough words to express the sadness we feel for your lost.
Love, Bob & Carla Templin

I'm so glad I got to see Dave and Joan at my parent's anniversary party last September. I will remember Dave as someone who seemed to be always smiling. We had a lot of good times growing up with your family. Please accept my sincere condolences. God Bless you, Becky (Schofield) Schmidt.

We loved getting to know Mr. Hillyer though it was not for very long. All of our prayers are with the entire family thru this time. We love having Stewart in our family and have grown to love getting together with Joan and Dave at Family get togethers. We love you, Joan and if there is anything we can do, please let us know. You are lucky to have such a large and loving family by your side.

Love,
Terry and Michael Lebitz
