Whenever I´m fishing quietly off my dock, I feel your presence right next to me. When I´m hunting deer, I hear your words " shoot strait & steady". Wish you could´ve seen the book I wrote and illustrated. It´s about a turtle at our lake. The love of nature was instilled in my heart from times spent up north with my dear ole Dad. See you sometime in the future.....

I will treasure all the quality time we spent together when you lived with us. Fishing at the cabin, movie watching and oh so many perch dinners. I loved you so much and will see you again some day in heaven. Rest well,

My heart aches for you as you go through the days ahead without your dad. It’s hard to let go since they have been in our lives since birth. They have always been there and then they are no longer. It’s hard to grasp that death is a part of life.
