You are much loved and remembered fondly today. Earlier this morning while driving out of town, I thought of you and remembered zillionth things since you were born. You´re the only one I affectionately called "my little elf". Your life here on earth so brief but you´re forever alive in my mind and heart. I shall see you again someday. I love you, my little elf. I really miss him

I was remembering my middle school days and I suddenly thought of David. I hadn't thought of him in years, and when his personality- that mix of a quiet and a deep intensity- came into my mind, I felt great joy and an urgency to look him up. There are a few David Hittles on the internet, but after a google image search I recognized his face immediately. I clicked on the picture and found his obituary....
That was a while ago, and since then, a day has not gone by that I haven't thought...
