Fond memories of a good and respected man
Gone way too soon

I recently had the pleasure of working on a fire scene with Daves son Ryan.
Seeing Ryan brought back found memories of time spent with Dave and Ryan.
I truly cherished the bond of friendship that I had with Dave and my friendship with Ryan.
When I saw Randy his mannerisms was like looking and talking to his dad.
Daves life was cut way to short but his name, honor, kindness and legacy lives on through his family.
Rest In Peace Dave.

I had the honor and privilege of working with Dave during my term as Deputy Chief and Fire Chief of Forks Township.
Dave was a man of his word and always placed his heart in doing what was best for others and his community as a whole.
Dave's service as a Supervisor and Fire Department Commissioner was instrumental in the positive progression of the Fire Department during his terms.

I only met Dave a few years ago through rec softball; Tessa and I played both for and against him over a couple years. He was always professional, friendly and great coach/mentor for the girls. Dave had an obvious love for the game and great pride in his grand daughter and family. He will be missed. --Dave and Tessa

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of David Hoff. I had the privilege of working with him when he served for twelve years on the Forks Twp. Board of Supervisors, six as chairman. David was a humble, wonderful person who worked tirelessly for Forks Township, its citizens and his wonderful family. He will be greatly missed. Karl Kline
