I am so blessed to have been born into the Holk family. David was one of the jewels there. I learned so much about the life of a wonderful man. Wit and wisdom and love of family radiated. He taught me to eat raw oysters by breaking them off the pilings and cracking them for me. AWESOME!! The smell of gas airplane and resin for boats and laughs together and shrimp, crabs and fish and then a special girl that he held hands with. Thank you David for sharing life with me and giving life to me....
