Not sure what to say?

I am sorry for your loss, I got the news this week. I played ball with Ron and remember the trips (World Series) together and remember his family always there at the games in Hueytown. Our prayers are with you.

Hello Frances & family,
So sorry to hear about the loss of
your son. Such a hard time I'am
sure. God is there and always will
be. Our prayers are with all of you
at this time.

I suppose that Heaven had become a little too mundane and boring and Ron was needed to be the cheering buddy he always was in high school. I never saw Ron hateful, spiteful, prideful, or vengeful but he was always like the value of Pi, a constant in the universe. It can be a comfort to us all that he is watching over all of us and the heavenly light that all of us who are saved will one day see has become a shade brighter with Ron's addition to the power grid.

Ron & Sharron and Frances, we are so sorry to hear about the loss of Ron and want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. With God's love and ours, the Fant family from Powderly, Virginia, Peggy, Judy, Steve and spouses.

I am very sad to hear of Ron's passing. I was a freshman at Fairfield HS when Ron was a senior. As a young athlete looking for guidance and leadership, Ron was one of those guys I looked up to and admired on and off the field for his character and work ethic. Thank you Ron for being great mentor. May God Bless Ron and his family during this time.

Ron and I were in the class of '76 together at FHS and also were at Alabama together. He was a great friend and I have many fond memories of him. You have my deepest condolences. You will be in my thoughts and prayers over the coming days and weeks.

My family and I have some really good memories of all the fun we had playing ball with Ron. He was always such a nice person. Our prayers are with you all during your time of sorrow. Let us know if we can be of any help. Gloria, Will & family

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We will miss Ron, but know we will see him again in due time. May God bless you all.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...
