Not sure what to say?

HELLO MICHELE,

ELMER WHITE HERE FROM OKLA.

WAS VERY SAD TO STUMBLE ACROSS NEWS OF DAVIDS PASSING!
YOU MAY NOT REMEMBER ME, WORKED WITH DAVE AT WIGGINS LIFT CO. 1972,73.
MY SELF AND LADY FRIEND ENJOYED A CHRISTMAS GAUTHERING AT YOUR HOME WITH CHILE THAT I BROUGHT , HA! I THINK SOME LIKED IT ?

WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE FIRES A WHILE BACK, AND CHECKED IN WITH MIKE WIGGINS N CO .
WASN'T SURE HOW CLOSE ANY WERE OR AREA?
THATS WHEN I RAN...

Paul and Mildred Holmes were our Neighbors for years in Moorpark. My mother a beautician did Mildred's hair. Davy was one of the nicest guys that I have ever known. I got to see him and and Michele at our class reunion a few years back. I just can't tell you how sorry I am about his passing. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

Gone but not forgotten are the words that come to my mind when I think of Dave Holmes, brother Danny and their parents. I remember our High School years together and how we traded Hot Rod stories during in the 60's. Phil Crow, Ventura, CA

To a wonderful and remarkable man who could fix anything no matter how many fingers he had! He had a tremendous love of family and I will never forget the joy on his face as he spent time with his sister. You will truly be missed and you will always be remembered for the beautiful light you brought into this world.

You are and always will be the 'true' epitome of a good man, loving husband, father and brother. A gentle soulful man. I'm grateful for having the opportunity to be together as family. Love you~

Love you Dad- Hope they have good chocolate milk there.

Our loss is heavens gain .
