I'm deeply saddened to hear of Dave's passing. I learned a few years ago about his ALS diagnosis and hope that his suffering is now over. I worked with Dave for several years at Hawthorn Services and found him to be a truly genuine, kind, compassionate and caring human being with a warm smile and a quick wit.
