#24 on right hand side. Spoke to Coach Jenkins in Jan.

I just saw this today March 1, 2016 and so hard to read of his passing. I was a co-student of his at Joe E. Brown High School in West End / Atlanta, Ga. area. He played many sports and was very talented and a great team player. I also had French 101 (1970?) and sat behind him in that class. Met him lot later at high school reunion and very impressed how his future turned out for him. Can contact me at [email protected]. Still wonder if Jan Hornbuckle was his sister who was a year or two...

We learned a lot about his disease and the course it could and would take. But he still lived his life as fully as possible. The last time I saw him was...

Dr. Hornbuckle was a positive influence on many students at Columbus State University. I sincerely appreciated his teaching and mentoring. I am truly sorry for your loss.
