Not sure what to say?

Time does not diminish the fond memories of dear David. One day, my friend, we will talk and laugh together again.

I'll never forget the good times we had in Junior High school and hearing him laugh at me when I tried to play the tuba.
I'm very sorry for your loss of a wonderful brother and friend.

David was my best friend in high school. He shone a light on my experience in the same way he illuminated the whole world around him. I was then, as now, in awe of his extraordinary talent. He was brave, creative, unflinchingly authentic. The world is a better place for his having lived. Words cannot express the sorrow I feel. May peace be with his family and friends; I know he is at last free from pain and is sharing his beautiful soul in heaven.

David was there for me many times, especially on my move to Ohio. We shared many good times, made new friends, and cared for each other. I will miss him so much as will all who enjoyed his laugh, his love of life.

David was the nicest guy. He was a great friend. I met David in High School. He was a wonderful musician. How I loved to listen to him play piano. He was so talented.

Offering our deepest condolences during this time.

I will miss our little chats. Over the past 20 years I feel as if I have gotten to know Dave from so many perspectives -- athlete, musician, engineer, animal lover, expert chef, and so much more. He wasn't afraid to take a position and stick to it. I admired him for that. RIP, buddy.
