Not sure what to say?

My husband and I live in the neghborhood, and enjoyed many conversations with David over the years . David and Ozzy would always stop and chat when they passed by on their daily walk. David was a very kind. We never heard him say a negative thing in all of these years. He was so good to his sweet dog, Ozzy - was obviously very tender-hearted. We were so sad to hear of David's passing, and will miss seeing him. Our sincere sympathy to David's son and loved ones. May you find strength and...

In the 21 years of friendship with David, he taught me so much about life, love and what true friends are. He will be truly missed and will forever be in my heart. My deepest condolences to Justin and family.

I met David a few years back when I retired and started walking. We became friends and spent countless hours (on his front porch or sometimes when he was walking Ozzy) talking, discussing and/or debating just about anything and everything.

He was a fantastic guy and a great neighbor and I'll miss him a lot....

My family's hearts are with you and your family.

David and Ozzy were favorites of our sons when they passed our house during one of their walks. He was always kind and friendly. Our family is very sorry for your loss.

We enjoyed chatting with David, and petting Ozzy, when out on our walks. Even on cooler days, David was often on his front porch with his beloved dog, chatting with neighbors or tinkering with something, and we would wave and exchange greetings as we walked or drove past.

David was a wonderful neighbor, we miss him and hopes he knows that he was very loved here in Belwood (and I'm sure far beyond).

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
