Not sure what to say?

Dave was genuinely a nice person. I am a cashier at a local grocery store. Dave was one of my regular customers coming through my line several times a week; always with a big smile, some kind words, and a compliment or two. I did think it was very unusual not to have seen him recently. Dave was an open, friendly person and made it easy to know him; including his love of ice-cream, running (even when it was too hot), riding his bike many miles all over the place (in every kind of weather). And...

Dave was one of the kindest, easy going, understated good guys. We used to go on long walks and talks (forget running with him - I could never keep up!). His smile could light up any room. He is now lighting up the heavens.

Remember Dave as the speediest member of our Camp Hill High School cross-country team, cerca 1976-77.

I fondly recall the years that David attended Mount Calvary Episcopal Church with his family. Prayers of comfort to Kirk, Judy, Sarah, Lawrence and family.

I met David last fall by happenstance and was struck by his easy manner and friendliness. We reminisced about growing up in Camp Hill and I always hoped we would run into each other again. So very sorry to his family for their loss.

Peaceful Reflections

Dave, My swift friend. This journey felt too short, more a sprint than your marathon. I will always remember you fondly from our running days. I wish you and the family peace. -- Dennis (elmo)

I´m so sorry to hear this. With greatest sympathy to you and your family.

My condolences to his family. While he was a very close friend growing up and through school, we sort of lost touch. He had a great sense of humor and was one of the most polite individuals I have ever met. We would walk to school alot of the times and those fond memories will last forever. Until we meet again, RIP David.
