Not sure what to say?

20 years since I lost my dear friend Dave. I think of him often. Such wondrous times we had growing up together!

Dear Lori, I, too, was very sad to hear about Dave. He was such a nice person, certainly, one of the "good guys"! I was thrilled to read that he was a Christian!
I am very sorry for your loss but hope you find comfort in all the lives Dave touched with his smile, kindness, devotion as a husband and father and the fact that he is with the King!

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

I attended a funeral for my cousin, yesterday, and was deeply moved by the Pastor's sermon. It was a very emotional service, as my cousin, David Huffman, was only 44 yrs and was a very close friend of the Pastors. It was really an inspiring sermon. I wish I had it on tape and could share it with everyone. My cousin had an aneurysm. He went so fast, that none of us had a chance to say goodbye. He has three of the most wonderful children. On behalf of the employees at CVS/PHARMACY, we wish to express our sincere sympathy in the passing of your husband & father... David came into our store always so nice & pleasant & always with a smile & he will never be forgotten...

You and your family are in my familys prayers. Our hearts go out to you and your family.

Lori:

Mom called the other night and told me the news, needless to say, I was Shocked. I always though of you BOTH as never Aging, always young. I also thought of what almost happend to me 4 years ago, and one just never knows, do they. I really am Foutunate !!

All my best to you and the Family for a quick Recovery from your Grief, as he was an OUTSTANDING Man!

Laurie -- My deepest sympathies for you and your family. My ex-husband, Mark, and I fondly remember my sister's parties at Christmas. Dave and Mark would be in their same little corner talking about hunting and fishing. They would only see each other once a year, at that party, and every year would pick up their conversation where it left off the year before. May God bless you and your family during this difficult time. Love, The Haywoods

Lori and family, I am so sorry for your loss of your husband and father Dave. I will always remember Dave at UL Light when he was a hall monitor and yelling at me for not getting to class on time.
