Dr. Humphrey was born on June 8, 1929 and passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018. Dr. Humphrey was a resident of Clarion, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He graduated from Harrisville High School in 1946, Grove City College in 1950, and Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, in 1955. Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory, 330 Wood Street, Clarion, where visitation will be held from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. on Thursday. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Rev. Kevin R. Haley, pastor and Rev. Arnie Rhodes, pastor emeritus, officiating. Interment will be in the Clarion Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Doc's name to the Clarion-Forest Visiting Nurse Association, 271 Perkins Road, Clarion PA 16214 (www.cfvna.org), or the Clarion Hospital, One Hospital Drive, Clarion PA 16214 (www.clarionhospital.org).
