Dad I will miss you so much. Even though I had heard those corny jokes a hundred times, I would still love to hear them all once again. Thank you for bringing me into your business and teaching me the art of the deal and how to take care of customers. I was so happy to have had you present at the birth of all my children and my grandson. I learned so much about life from you and will always hold you in the highest esteem.

I am so sorry to learn of David's passing. Even though we have not seen each other for many years, I never forgot my first cousin. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family. May he rest in peace.

I'm sorry to learn of Mr Hunt's passing. I knew him only a short time, but during that time, he did much to help my "start-up" photography studio. He was a friend to me. Larry Nix, Larry Nix Photography

Those who were lucky to know David felt his genuine caring for others and his welcoming spirit. David provided countless families with treasured memories made possible by David's expertise as a photographer himself, and as a remarkable businessman.
His kindness, humor, and old fashioned work ethic was an inspiration to all of us who came through the doors of Hunt Color, and we owe much to him for his generous experience and support through the years.
It was a blessing to know him.

I remember Mr Hunt as a jovial and kind Dad of Scott's, often giving us the loving lonely eye as we went off for some adventure. He always seemed so pleasent and had a certain aura of peace about him. He seemed like he was a great Dad and husband. My thoughts to all of you about his passing.

David Hunt, was a wonderful friend and neighbor. I never heard him say a negative thing about anyone. He loved his wife and family and cared about all in our community. He had a great attitude and sense of humor.

He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

His wife, Anne, tended to him while he was so ill and allowed him to be cared for at home. She is a strong and loving woman. As a couple, they were always together and very much in love after 33 years.

A warm, caring, funny man - my Dad. The qualities I loved most about him I see in my daughters and I will be forever thankful to my Dad for that. He gave me confidence, self-esteem, and infinite love. Thank you, Daddy, for working hard to give me and my brothers a wonderful life.

I'm going to miss Mr. Hunt following me around the house with his stories and jokes, but most of all I'll miss his sweet spirit and positive outlook.

April 22, 2010

This guy loved to make people laugh. He loved telling jokes. He loved his family. He loved his friends. He loved life.

He didn't like unripened fruit.
