David Maitland I.

Worked on 7NW with Dave where I remember him as a very thorough nurse. But the most precious memory I have is when Dave was working in surgery and my daughter was being wheeled into the elevator headed to having emergency surgery as Dave was getting off the elevator at the end of his shift late at night. He looked at me and asked what was going on, and turned around and got back on the elevator and turned to me and said he´d stay with her. Was such a relief knowing he would be there....

Fond memories of working with Dave for many years in the operating room. He was the sweetest, most kind-hearted man and will be greatly missed.

RIP Dave. Hugs to your family. Remembering so many good times on 7nw at Allegence Hospital. You will be missed.

I had the honor to know Dave for over 30 years. He was a true fighter & shared his knowledge of his disease with others, so they could have a better life. He will be missed, but leaves a great legacy behind.
