Dearest Carol and Family,
I just received the news of David's passing. He was a special person ... he regularly called me at the museum, always interested and opened his greeting with "how is my favorite director', which always brought a smile on my face.
It is never easy losing a loved one ... please accept my condolences ... my thoughts are with you.
Fondly, Judy

My deepest condolences to the Ingall Family. I had the pleasure of working with him for 24 years, while serving as Chairman of Radiology at the Evanston Hospital. He was such a wonderful friend and gentleman, and I have many fond memories of our association. May He Rest In Peace.
