Not sure what to say?

one of the nicest , intelligent persons i was fortunate to spend time in hiram school. worked with his mother as a fellow teacher in a neighboring district. my condolences to his surviving sisters and their families

It brought warm memories to mind at the mention of David Jakab and Hiram.
I send my condolences to you.

I really enjoyed working with Dave at GAO in Wash., DC. Dave was sort of reticent about his background, and consequently, I had no idea how widely he had travelled. Rest in peace, Dave. You were a kind and interesting friend.

I always thought of David as the adventurous and wise cousin. Traveling in other countries, living on house boats and in the mountains. It meant so much to me when he came and visited at our Indiana home when he lived in Illinois. Dear cousin, David, will be missed but forever in our hearts. His name derived from Hebrew meaning "beloved" or "uncle" and indeed David was.

RIP David. You will be missed.

We know whose arms David is in. Prayers for his family who will certainly miss him.

David, may you rest in peace in The Lords hands.

I’m probably David’s oldest living relative as his Aunt Joanne, sister of his mother Dorothy. I remember his birth and watched him grow up. When he returned from Vietnam he spent time with my family in Newport Beach, California. I cared for him and will miss him.

Kathy and family, my sincere condolences on David's passing. It is so hard to loose a loved one but you girls took great care of him. Lots of love and RIP David
