Not sure what to say?

Not sure why, but I just Googled Dave's name and found this notice. He supervised me (along with a couple other guys) during a late 1980's summer job at Auburn Elementary. My allergies were bothering me one day, and I remember him saying, "It sounds like you're really suffering." A simple but compassionate phrase I've been using ever since, but whose origins I just now remember. He also may or may not have called us knuckleheads as some point. I had the privilege of working with Dave at the Bay City Public Schools. His thoughtfulness toward his fellow workers and the caring he showed toward all his students will be remembered. Rest in peace David.

We had some fun times cuz....you will be missed. Our prayers are with your family in their time of sorrow.
