Not sure what to say?

You will always be remembered and loved. Thank you and Roger for welcoming me into your home and life. Sent with love.

I’m so sad to hear of David’s passing. Growing up with him in Campbellsville, he was always so nice, sweet and such fun! Glad I reconnected with him on fb in the last few years. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, especially his son’s at this time.

David never met a stranger, he was always nice to me. I worked at TRH with him in the OR. He was great fun and I have good memories of those years. You are missed, friend.

I worked with David in Frankfort. He was kind, gentle & had a lot of heart. He cared so very much for his patients. In surgery, he was the reason why we made such a great team. The OR will never be the same without him. He will be missed every day. ❤

A good friend, he will be missed
TCHS Class 81

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. It was a pleasure to have worked beside you.

David was so much fun to work with. A great cook, loved to laugh, and loved life. He will be missed by many. May you be Resting in Peace David. Prayer's for all his family.

I have worked with David in the OR in Frankfort since 2010. When I transferred to the OR, he welcomed me with open arms & taught me so much! We became very close work buddies. I loved working with my “muffin”. He was such a good scrub tech & and friend. Many laughs & good times with David. I will miss him so much!

You will be missed by many. So very glad to have the opportunity to know and enjoy your company. Our grand babies love you so and will miss their David, May they treasure the memories. ❤ God speed.
