Not sure what to say?

Dear Winnie and all of the Johnson,

Such a beautiful, well-lived, full life - I think most of us can only hope to live and love so much for so long. Although it is never easy to say goodbye to such a dear friend and loved one. You have always been family to us and forever will be! One of my favorite memories is the bouquet dance at our wedding - my great aunt and uncle thought they should win and you were both so gracious but clearly the winners - 69 years of marriage is amazing!!...

Dear Winnie and family,
My sincerest sympathy to you on Dave's passing. Many childhood memories surface - living next to the bank, my parent's friendship with Charlie, Sadie and Tess. In fact, just the other day, I was talking with a friend about Dave, Bobbie and Art. My memories of you all. Know that Dave is now in a peaceful place. Allow God into your heart and help carry you through these difficult times.
Sincerely,

Dave, You were always like a grandfather to me and Amy and Ann. I never knew my dad's dad and my mom's dad was taken from us too soon. You have always had a very special place in my heart. I will miss your gentle voice, your kind and thoughtful words and your ever-present smile. Give Dad a big hug for me. I know he is waiting for you with open arms! XOXO, ellie

Sorry for your loss.

Dear Winnie and family,
Dave was one of my most favorite people in the world. He was a wonderful role model, and growing up next door to him was a lovely circumstance for our lucky family. Dave was one of the most honorable, kind people I have had the pleaure to meet in this life. I offer this as just one tiny example: Dave was one of my old dog, Guinness', favorite people. Even when she got old and tired, Guinness would wag her tail ferociously when she saw her friend, Dave. He always...

dave, you were a wonderful neighbor for thirty years!! we all love you and winnie ever so much and were so lucky to have you right next door for so long!! we will miss you dearly but were blessed to have known you!! lots of love, mardi xoxo

We will miss you dearly, but you are in a better place. You were the best grandfather to us all and an ever better great-grandfather. Not a day will go by that we will not be reminded of the memories we have growing up and the summers at the Cape. God bless,
With all of our love,
Jennie,Steve and Tyler
