Not sure what to say?

Still hurts so much . My number one

Finally got to see you perform live in March 2022, I was in awe - De La Soul, legends & my musical icons. Less than 1 year later you passed Dave. Still completely bereft, but your legacy lives on Trugoy the Dove.

Thank you Dave! From Day one hearing you and the plugs. I ve been hooked. I even made my rhyme style after you n Redman. Everyone please make time to listen to a David Jolicouer TRUGOY the Dove verse everyday. You're gone in the Physical, but youre still here spiritually. You left us an enormous amount of gems to cherish! Thank you Dave! My Favorite Emcee! Thank you for acknowledging me with a Handshake in SOBS October 2000

Thank you Dave for lighting up my life with joy through your raps for over 30 years. Most sincere sympathy to your family & band. Rest in peace & joy you so deserve x
"Your music means everything"

Thank you for you being you. Goodbye Dave we will love you forever. Sending Strength and Prayers to the Jolicoeur family and everyone who you touched the lives of through your words, your inspiration and your music.

We loved his music. Our deepest condolences to the family. We pray that God continues to strengthen and comfort the family during this difficult period.

I remember watching Potholes in My Lawn for the very first time! I said, "Wow, this guy looks like my brother!" From that very point, I listened. Thank you for contributing to the soundtrack of my teenage years through adulthood.

You will be remembered in the music world.

The music world has lost a talented musician.
