What an amazing range of a life; veteran, singer, athlete, lawyer, volunteer, as well as good son, brother, uncle, husband, father, and grandpa – many, many reasons to miss him. I hope your memories of him will help you through your loss. My condolences to the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this trying time. My sincere condolences. I hope memories of your father bring you comfort.

I remember sitting on Grandpa's knee when I was little, and he'd hold me tight. Then, I'd be ready to get down and I'd start to wriggle as little kids do, and I remember him still hanging on to me. Even though I wanted to get down, I kind of liked that he didn't want me to go. This memory has been with me most of this week.

Uncle Dave and the Jones family have always been an important part of our lives. Sarah remembers that he told her she had 'beautiful eyes" when she was a little girl. We will miss him. Our thoughts are with you. Love, David, Donna, Laura, Sarah, and Caroline Spaner

I admire all the things Mr. David Jones did in his lifetime. Sheila you must be very proud of him.
