What a great guy! 1974 as a freshman I got to be a lab assistant in the LP Biology lab (it meant I washed all the beakers and test tubes from all the classes-still a better deal than 7th hour study hall). Dave was one of my favorite fellow teachers at LP. He was respected by the faculty and his students. I thought of him as a friend first and then as a colleague.

I was so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. He was one of my favorite people at LP. I taught with him and so appreciated his upbeat personality, never without a smile.
